Our salary framework provides the opportunity for salary progression in line with length of service and we also undertake market reviews of our salaries to ensure we remain competitive.

We offer a generous 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays each year, increasing up to 31 days over time. Staff also have the option to buy and sell leave.
