Liam Montgomery

Liam has over 20 years’ experience in the development industry covering, commercial, housing, education, leisure and health projects. Liam’s work follows the full life cycle of projects from developing business cases and undertaking development feasibility to the day to day management of the property once complete.

Liam joined TDA in 2012 and manages a number of professional teams that deal with day to day estate management, facilities management, school place planning, and the delivery and development of significant capital projects.

Holding a degree in Housing Development Liam has overseen the delivery of 144 homes meeting code 5 of the sustainable homes, another 160 extra care homes and over 700 general needs housing creating mixed and balanced communities.

More recently Liam has been managing a £300m investment fund for clients, acquiring and selling investments in the south of England.
