TorVista Homes is seeking two new Non-Executive Directors of our Board to operate effectively at a strategic level and have the time, passion and commitment to become members of our board.
The Company is newly established Registered Provider operating primarily in Torbay with ambitious development plans.
Due to the current sector priorities and our skills audit, we’re ideally looking for two individuals, with previous or current experience of social housing in the following areas:
- Audit and compliance – Chair of committee
- Finance and accountancy
- Community and/or voluntary sector
- Marketing/public relations
We expect our Board members to be critical friends and we welcome diversity of experiences and opinions. You will be expected to attend five Board and five Committee meetings per annum, plus strategic and/or training days.
To support the growth of the company we are now seeking two new Non-Executive Directors and candidates must possess the necessary level of experience to be confident of making an immediate and positive contribution to the Board. This role will receive remuneration of £3,000-4,000.
