TDA, on behalf of Torbay Council, invites offers by way of informal tender from parties interested in entering into a lease of up to 7 years (excluded from the security provisions contained in Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954) for the pitch and putt golf course at Broadsands, Paignton. The obligations / rights will be contained in the lease to include the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Elberry Pitch and Putt Golf Course is located on Elberry headland at Broadsands. It is adjacent to Broadsands Beach and Elberry Cove with Paignton and Brixham town centre located approximately one mile away. The A379 is in close proximity and nearby parking can be found at Broadsands Car Park.
