TDA Group’s Education Team is commissioned by Local Authorities to ensure there are sufficient school places across the region as well as managing several capital programmes.
This involves preparing annual projections for primary and secondary provision, developing expansion proposals and options to deal with surplus provision and implementing school organisational changes.

- Carry out a current Curriculum Analysis and Feasibility Studies to identify accommodation needs including preparing Net Capacity Assessments and reviewing schedules of accommodation
- Oversee statutory process for school organisational change including preparing a full Business Case and carrying out public consultations.
